How does they work Evaporative Condenser Pre-Cooling System.

The condenser air inlet of the air cooled chillers is cooled by FESChill units with a very low cost. Easily-to-install on all types of condensers, the evaporative cooling pads are kept moist by simple water circulation. The air is pulled through the pads and then through the condensers by the existing fans of the condenser. The wet pads cool the air to wet bulb temperature, which becomes cooler before entering the condenser.

Using the air cooled in this manner, the condenser works much more effectively enabling the increase of the cooling performance and the decrease in the energy consumption of the chiller. The break-down risks decreases, the system and the condenser life-time increased together with the global working performance ( EER or COP ) of the system.

Why FesChill?
